I walked out of this establishment insulted. My best friend is getting married and his two weaknesses are The Great American Cookie and specialty chocolate. Very opposite ends of the spectrum I know. After looking up any local chocolates I found this place and was excited to buy him something I k ew would surprise him. My plan was to buy whatever their version of a large gift box or two was. Hoping to spend enough to get a “wow” if you know what I mean. However when I walked in the door, no one looked up. No one welcomed me in. I saw roughly 3 employees in the building but not one of them even glanced at me. 1 employee was just walking around, the other two had their heads in their phones. I walked up to the counter and stood for a moment. And that moment turned into two moments. And a third. So I decided to do a small loop of the merchandise. I’ll give them this it smelled amazing and the place was a little disorganized but very clean. Good atmosphere too. Upon my loop I walked near the main counter once more and still no one even gave me a glimpse. For the level of prestige the store gave itself with the great aroma, high end atmosphere, high price tags, etc. I was expecting

We visited Bitzel’s Chocolate in Suwanee, GA during our family spring break trip, and it was absolutely worth it! We were in Georgia visiting family in Winder and happened to spot the shop on Monday while we were near Main Event. After looking it up on Google, we were so excited to check it out—but unfortunately, they were closed that day. Still, we made it a point to come back on Tuesday, even driving all the way from Winder just to visit—and I’m so glad we did! The experience was amazing from start to finish. We got to learn a bit about the history behind the chocolate, which made it even more special, and we were able to see some of the chocolate being made. That was such a cool touch, especially for the kids. Of course, we couldn’t leave without buying plenty of goodies—and everything we tried was delicious! You can really tell there’s care and quality put into what they do. If you’re anywhere nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. It’s more than just a chocolate shop—it’s a whole experience!

Just FYI… My mom and I received this beautiful gift during the weekend from a good friend of ours. We were so excited to try the things it came with inside, BUT… SURPRISE SURPRISE… my mom’s chocolate boxes were empty. We were so disappointed because this gift doesn’t seem cheap, and for the person giving it must be very harsh knowing that they spent their money wrongly, not knowing that the gift was incomplete. So please be aware before buying this type of gifts in this particular store. Open the box inside the store and make sure that everything that supposed to come in the box is in there, shake the chocolate boxes to be sure that they are not empty so you don’t get the same disappointment. Also, my bottle of wine didn’t have a bow but my mom’s did, so that means that all the boxes aren’t created equally, there’s no quality product check I guess.

This is Suwane's local family brand as like a hidden treasure. It's worth visiting here for the fact that they make everything themselves. After eating real chocolate made from high-quality cocoa bean , you won't be interested in factory-printed chemical additives one anymore. The interior of the store is clean and the right place to visit with family. The kindness of the staff lets you know that this store is built on family-like friendliness. If you're thinking about business promotional gifts, you'll be able to do well here. Dorian is one of the great employees. Gelato is real healthy ice cream what you can trust.
